SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program offered by MAYUS CAKES & BAKERY INC ("Mayu's Cakes & Bakery," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Please note that opting out of promotional messages does not prevent us from sending transactional SMS messages that are necessary to fulfill an active order, provide requested customer support, send invoices or payment links, notify you that your order is ready, or otherwise complete the services you have requested.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in our SMS program.

Our SMS messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to Your Mobile Number

We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
